In order to leverage the cloud, SaaS applications need ongoing operations management in order to be delivered securely and robustly. Virtual Ark has spent several years building its Application Management Platform (AMP) to manage cloud Infrastructure, enterprise services and applications. This includes working with the various cloud vendors and providing all the necessary services including billing and complete management of the operating system and storage platform. Virtual Ark is an expert delivering all aspects of cloud-based application services including monitoring, backups, auto-scaling, provisioning, service management and multi-cloud management. Finally, Virtual Ark understands that management of the application itself includes a wide variety of technology and services including pro-active and re-active application maintenance, application monitoring, SLAs management, application upgrades and package customization.

This allows Virtual Ark to rapidly migrate applications to the cloud with few if any code changes. The Virtual Ark Application Management Platform can manage dedicated instances of the application for specific customer needs as if they were “one” application instance. This facilitates rapid time to market and efficiency in delivery.
