We have spent several years building our exclusive Application Management Platform (AMP) that manages cloud infrastructure, enterprise services and application management. This includes working with the various cloud vendors and providing billing and complete management of the operating system and storage platform. All the enterprise services including monitoring, backups, auto-scaling, provisioning, service management and multi-cloud management are integrated into the Virtual Ark AMP. Finally, management of the application itself includes a wide variety of technology and process including pro-active and re-active application maintenance, application monitoring, SLAs management, application upgrades and package customization.
