As the cloud delivery model continues to grow in popularity, software vendors are trying to find the formula for maximizing the opportunity. The challenge is that the tools and skills required to deliver enterprise applications in the cloud are very different from traditional IT infrastructure. In addition to the technology surrounding enterprise application delivery in the cloud there are a number of business model considerations that are specific to the cloud.
