CEO/President – Marty Gauvin
Marty is the Founder and CEO of Virtual Ark. He is also Founder and Chairman of Tier 5, a company that designs, builds and operates data centre parks and a Director of Playford Capital. Prior to Virtual Ark, Marty Gauvin founded and led the publicly listed company, Hostworks, as CEO for over 10 years to its successful sale in 2008 for $68.9m to the Macquarie Group. He is also a member of the Microsoft Service Provider Partner Advisory Council, the Dell Asia-Pacific Platinum Advisory Council, and various government innovation committees established to invest Government capital into selected venture capital funds.

EVP Global Sales and Marketing – Klaus Bartosch
Klaus is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at Hostworks and built the team that helped Hostworks treble its revenues in 5 years prior to the sale of the company in 2008 for $68.9m. Klaus has 25 years in the IT industry having previously held senior positions with DMR Consulting (now Fujitsu Consulting), Aspect Computing, Ajilon Consulting and others delivering solutions for global clients. Klaus is regarded as one of the sectors most seasoned executives and now leads the growth and development of Virtual Ark’s sales and partner channels globally.

EVP Product Strategy and Delivery – Emma Pudney
Emma Pudney has had a distinguished career in service delivery, product development and head of strategic projects in her former role at Hostworks. She has played key roles in the technology integration for company acquisitions, major technology upgrades spanning thousands of servers and lead strategic cloud and virtualisation projects. For several years Emma successfully ran the team responsible for transitioning complex IT environments for enterprise customers across to Hostworks managed services platform. Emma is now responsible for the development and operation of Virtual Ark’s products and delivery teams.
